Non loin de la Joconde, prenez le temps d’observer ces “Deux chiens de chasse liés à une souche”. ⤵️ - 🧐 Grâce à ce premier "portrait de chiens", le peintre italien Jacopo Bassano est considéré comme l'inventeur de la peinture animalière moderne. - 🐶 Sous la lumière crue du soleil, deux braques, l'un à l'arrêt, l'autre au repos sont tous les deux attachés par une corde à la souche d’un arbre. Ce sont des chiens de chasse dont le regard avait la particularité d’hypnotiser leurs proies. - 🖌 Ce tableau fut peint en 1548 pour le comte Zantani, un gentilhomme vénitien. - - - - 🌎 Take a closer look at our collections this summer!
