. 🇫🇷 Le Bouffon au luth vous souhaite une #BonneSemaine ! 😄 - 🎸 Ce tableau de Frans Hals représente un jeune homme jouant du luth. L'identité du personnage reste incertaine. S'agit-il d'un simple musicien ? Tient-il le rôle d'un bouffon ? Ou bien est-il une figure de théâtre comme l'indiquerait son costume de fantaisie ? - 😏 Un ample sourire malicieux, peut-être ironique, anime l'ensemble de son visage. La spontanéité naturelle qui émane du tableau s'inspire incontestablement de l'étude d'un homme bien réel. On retrouve d'ailleurs ce modèle dans plusieurs autres œuvres du peintre. Cependant il ne s'agit pas ici d'un portrait à proprement parler. - 👀 La commande de portrait était en effet réservée aux classes supérieures de la société. La mise en scène de personnages du « petit peuple », ce que l'on nomme le portrait de genre, était bien souvent le support d'une réflexion morale. The portrayal of "little people" from the lower classes, which belong to what are known as genre portraits, were often the means of making a moral judgement.
